The company is called ‘GOAT Industries’ going forward. The company is launching its rebranded and redesigned corporate website. GOAT’s management team encourages all shareholders to visit the company’s website and explore its redesign initiatives.

The company will continue to trade under the ticker symbol ‘GOAT’ on the CSE. No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to the name change.

The venture capital platform focuses on identifying, sponsoring and incubating companies driven by environmental, social and governance values while operating in the blue economy. It invests in private businesses in the plant-based protein, functional foods, food technology, and fermented foods sectors.
