Global Water Resources (GWR) has announced pricing for a public offering of common shares.

The company will issue up to 1,000,000 common shares for $13.50 per share for gross proceeds of up to $13.5 million.

The offering is expected to close on or about August 1.

In addition, Global Water has granted the underwriter the option to purchase up to an additional 150,000 shares at the offering price.

Net proceeds from the offering will help fund acquisitions and provide general working capital.

Global Water Resources, a leading water resource management company, owns and operates 25 systems which provide water, wastewater, and recycled water services.

The company’s service areas are primarily in growth corridors around metropolitan Phoenix. The company recycles nearly 1 billion gallons of water annually.
