Global Hemp Group (GHG) has executed its first U.S. sublicense for sales and revenue generation.

It issued the non-exclusive sublicense to Medicinal One for online sales of Apollon-branded hemp and functional mushroom products.

Medicinal One will pay an in-kind upfront payment and 20 per cent of gross revenue on all sales every month.

The global functional mushroom market is projected to hit $23.3 billion by the end of 2030 with a CAGR of over 10 per cent between 2023 and 2030, with North America anticipated to lead the growth due to a surge in the intake of mushrooms as superfoods.
