Storm Boswick has joined Gamelancer Gaming Corp.’s (GMNG) board of directors.

He is the founder of TRE Advisors and has played key roles in the investment community as well as its related industries.

He was part of Goldman Sachs’ research department, a partner at J&W Seligman, and a PM at Sigma Capital (SAC).

His media speaking engagements include the likes of CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, and the CNNfn Panel.

Gamelancer Gaming’s Chairman and CEO, Jon Dwyer, has called him a trusted adviser to management, investor, and supporter since the company went public in May last year.

“Storm’s extensive capital markets and M&A experience will be a significant asset to the company moving forward.”

In working with the board and management, Boswick said he would help position Gamelancer to have greater access to capital for strategic M&A and grow its gaming and esports media network.

Gamelancer Gaming Corp. (GMNG) is an entertainment company and mobile-focused social media network in gaming, generating more than 1 billion monthly video views across its 27 owned and operated channels.

Shares of Gamelancer were trading steady at $0.085 as of 1:30 pm ET.
