Feel Foods (FEEL) has received an initial purchase order from Summit Specialty Foods, a Western Canadian distributor.

Summit Specialty Foods manages over 125 brands and offers a full range of natural, organic, and specialty products.

Feel Foods will supply Summit with an initial purchase order for its Black Sheep Vegan Cheeze products, Feel Foods’ wholly-owned premium vegan cheese brand. Black Sheep was founded in 2017 and includes 10 unique vegan dairy substitute products.

The products are currently offered at over 40 grocery stores and 30 foodservice locations across British Columbia.

The order from Summit Specialty Foods will make Black Sheep products available across its Western Canada distribution network, which includes major retailers such as Askews, Choices Markets, London Drugs, Nature’s Fare, Quality Greens, Safeway, Whole Foods, and more.

David Greenway, CEO of Feel Foods, commented on the new purchase order.

“We are rapidly expanding our distribution throughout Western Canada with the addition of Summit Specialty Foods,” said Mr. Greenway, “and are focused on a country wide expansion of our unique plant-based food products.”

The plant-based food market continues to grow at an increasing rate, and is expected to reach $74.2 billion by 2027. Feel Foods continues to grow as it capitalizes on this expanding industry.

“We are on a mission to transform plant-based food, with no compromises on taste or quality while reducing global environmental impact,” commented Mr. Greenway. “Together, by shifting our collective approach to food, we can improve the health of our World, the lives of animals, and preserve valuable resources for generations to come.”

Feel Foods is an agri-food holdings company focused on innovative products and technologies in the food services industry.

Shares in Feel Foods Ltd. (FEEL) are steady, trading at $0.21 per share as of 10:28 am ET.
