Senay covers over 3,100 hectares across 59 mining claims within the 150 km Lac des Montagnes volcano-sedimentary belt of Quebec, which is one of the province’s most active locations for lithium exploration.

The acquisition, which boasts numerous pegmatite intrusives from the Senay Suite, is also adjacent to Critical Elements Lithium‘s Bourier Project.

Consideration includes 3,000,000 FE shares over two years, exploration expenditures of $1,000,000 over two years, and a 1 per cent gross metal royalty upon the commencement of commercial production. Issued shares will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day.

FE now holds 4,795 hectares in the James Bay area.

“We are pleased to add the Senay Lithium Project to our lithium exploration portfolio,” stated Gurminder Sangha, FE’s CEO. “In addition, FE continues to advance its exploration efforts at the Augustus Lithium Project, which is adjacent to the soon-to-be operational North American Lithium Mine.”
