Extreme Vehicle Battery Technologies (ACDC) has revealed the specifications for the impending launch of its IoniX Pro Home Smart Wall.

The Home Smart Wall is the first launched product of the IoniX Pro Smart Wall Series, which the company announced the unveiling of last week.

It is a lithium ion battery energy storage product, which monitors, maintains, and repairs the home’s battery. With a state-of-the-art iOS and Android application, the product can remotely control and monitor your home’s energy use and storage.

EV Battery Tech has designed the Home Smart Wall to compete against and even outperform industry rivals, like the Powerwall product created by Tesla. The company’s product already has a higher capacity than Tesla’s Powerwall, as well as larger dimensions, remote maintenance and repair capabilities, and a more affordable purchase price.

EV Battery Tech’s CEO, Bryson Goodwin, said that the company’s system is the only product in the market that can remotely analyse and repair battery systems.

“The way the market works now is if one of your battery cells goes down, it jeopardises the entire string of cells,” he said.

“Think of lights on a Christmas tree – when one burns out, the whole string goes out even though 99 per cent of remaining bulbs are perfectly functional. This was true for power walls, until the Home Smart Wall,” he added.

Bryson went on to express his confidence that the system will perform well in the market once it is launched. The company will officially launch the Home Smart Wall in the coming weeks, by announcing an opening date for pre-orders.

EV Battery Tech also expects other products of the Smart Wall Home Series to follow to market later in 2021.

Extreme Vehicle Battery Technologies is up 55.56 per cent and trading for seven cents per share, as of 12:02pm EST.
