EnWave Corporation (ENW) has signed a non-exclusive royalty-bearing commercial license with Medical Kiwi Limited, a New Zealand cannabis company.

The license grants Medical Kiwi the right to use EnWave’s Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV™) technology to produce cannabis products.

Medical Kiwi has purchased a 10kW REV™ machine that will be used to dry cannabis flowers for use in medicinal products.

Its goal is to “cultivate change” with a new, affordable cannabis formula for health and wellness that will improve consumers’ health and quality of life.

The REV™ machine will be built to international quality standards, allowing Medical Kiwi to export its medical cannabis products to Europe and around the world.

REV™ technology operates a fast, gentle drying method that removes moisture from cannabis or food at low temperatures, preserving quality and potency.

EnWave currently has 44 licensed partners and more than 50 REV™ machines operating across the globe.

The company has partnered with Scitek, an Australian vacuum technology company, as its exclusive distribution partner in Australia and New Zealand.

EnWave Corporation is a Vancouver-based advanced technology company. It has developed the Radiant Energy Vacuum, an innovative method for the precise dehydration of organic materials.

EnWave Corporation (ENW) remains steady, trading at $1.00 per share as of 1:22 pm ET.
