EMX Royalty Corporation (TSXV:EMX) has acquired 7,924,106 common shares of Norra Metals Corp. (TSXV:NORA)

This represents 7.25 per cent of the outstanding shares of Norra Metals Corp.

The acquisition was made in conjunction with a previous property sale agreement with Norra.

Before the acquisition, EMX owned 5,771,000 common shares (representing 5.69 per cent of Norra’s outstanding common shares). With this acquisition EMX now owns 13,695,106 common shares of Norra (representing 12.53 per cent of Norra’s outstanding common shares).

EMX is a precious, base and battery metals royalty company.

EMX Royalty Corporation opened the day’s trading at $2.55.
