Else Nutrition (BABY) products are now available on Amazon Canada.

The launch includes a toddler nutrition product, kids shakes and various flavors of its Super Cereal for babies six months and older.

The news follows 84-per-cent QoQ sales growth on Amazon.com in Q2 2022, which was driven by a doubling of its subscriber base to almost 2,000.

The company expects its Canadian online and retail sales to grow together at an accelerated pace due to growing demand for plant-based foods and the resiliency of post-pandemic online grocery shopping.

Amazon Canada had e-commerce net sales of US$9.8 billion in 2021.

“We are very excited to enter the Canadian market and we believe that Amazon.ca will be a key part of our growth strategy in Canada, as it has been in the United States,” stated Hamutal Yitzhak, Else’s Co-Founder and CEO. “Canadian consumers have demonstrated a continued excitement towards our brand, and we are proud to be able to offer them plant-based complete nutrition options for their toddlers and children through the leading e-commerce platform in Canada.”

Else Nutrition develops plant-based food and nutrition products for infants, toddlers, children and adults.

Else Nutrition (BABY) opened trading at $0.84.
