Dynamic Technologies Group (DTG) subsidiary Dynamic Entertainment Group is acquiring 50 per cent ownership of SkyFly™ for US$3,995,822.

The attraction is located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

Guy Nelson, CEO of Dynamic, commented on the transaction.

 “The company made a strategic decision to pivot towards leveraging its attraction intellectual property through ownership.”

Sky Fly™: Soar America, recently won the ‘Best New Attraction in the Country’ for 2021.

“Together this acquisition and award establish as fact that the strategy is not only alive but being extremely well received,” said Nelson.

The acquisition is scheduled to close on January 31.

No finder’s fee is payable in connection with the transaction.

Dynamic Technologies Group Inc. (DTG) is up 8.33 per cent and is trading at $0.33 per share as of 4:00 p.m. EST.
