Dynamic Technologies Group (DTG), has closed a private placement for gross proceeds of C$5,000,000.

Under the final tranche, the company issued 10,800,000 units for gross proceeds of $3,375,000.

The proceeds of the offering will be used for working capital by the company.

Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.

Each warrant will entitle the holder to one additional common share for a period of twenty-four months.

All securities issued as part of the offering will be subject to a four month and one day hold period.

Dynamic is a leader in the design engineering, production, and commissioning of iconic, media-based attractions and ride systems for the global theme park industry and entertainment destinations.

Dynamic Technologies Group Inc. opened trading at C$0.30 per share.
