Dundee Corporation (DC.A) subsidiary, Dundee Resources Limited, has acquired 3,333,333 units of SPC Nickel for $350,000.
Dundee’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc. acquired 5,000,000 flow-through units of SPC Nickel for $650,000.00.
Each unit and FT unit include one common share and one half of one share purchase warrant. Each full warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at $0.18 for a period of 18 months.
Dundee and its affiliates now own or control a total of 20,625,333 shares and 5,040,581 warrants representing an approximate 16.51 per cent interest of SPC Nickel Corp.
Dundee may decide to purchase additional securities of SPC Nickel or sell all or part of its investment.
