Dundee Corporation (DC.A) subsidiary, Dundee Resources Limited has acquired 28,573,907 common shares of Reunion Gold Corporation.

Dundee Resources paid an aggregate consideration of $5,000,433.70.

In connection with Reunion Gold’s bought deal private placement, Dundee Goodman Merchant Partners, an affiliate of Dundee, acquired 1,168,220 non-transferable compensation options.

Dundee and its affiliates now own or control 139,724,167 shares, 12,352,008 warrants and 1,168,220 compensation options representing an approximate 17.20 per cent interest in Reunion Gold on an undiluted basis.

Dundee Corporation is a Canadian independent holding company focused on making accretive mining industry investments.

Dundee Corporation Class A Subordinate Voting shares (DC.A) opened trading at C$1.42.
