Dundee Corporation (DC.A) wholly-owned subsidiary, Dundee Resources Limited, has acquired 5,888,900 common shares of Magna Mining Inc.

The shares were issued at a price of $0.3340 for a total of $1,966,893.

In connection with its arrangement as a finder under a non-brokered private placement financing of Magna Mining, Dundee Goodman Merchant Partners, an affiliate of Dundee Corporation, acquired 198,750 shares.

Before the acquisition, the corporation and its affiliates owned or controlled 7,593,750 shares and 3,371,875 warrants. Dundee Corporation and its affiliates now own or control an aggregate of 13,681,400 shares and 3,371,875 warrants.
