Dios Exploration (DIOS) has completed a non-brokered private placement with two Investment Funds totalling $1,250,000.

Dios issued 12,500,000 flow-through common shares priced at $0.10 per share.

The net proceeds will be used for exploration work, mostly diamond drilling, on the company’s K2 property in the James Bay region, Quebec.

Securities issued under this financing will be subject to a hold period of four months.

This private placement is subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

A finder’s fee of $100,000 was paid to GloRes Securities, an arm’s length party. Dios Exploration is a mineral research and mining exploration company that explores gold and diamond deposits. Its current projects include AU33, Shipshaw, 33 Carats, 14 Karats, K2- Solo, Clarkie/Le Caron. 

Dios Exploration Inc. (DOS) is down 7.14 per cent on the day, trading at C$0.065 per share at 2 pm EST.
