Digihost (DGHI) has appointed Paul Ciullo as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Ciullo will be based out of New York and oversee all accounting and finance activities to ensure they support Digihost’s evolving growth strategy and vision.

He specializes in financial reporting and project management with ample experience at various Fortune 500 companies.

He is also a CPA with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Geneseo and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.

Ciullo replaces Cindy Davis as CFO.

Michel Amar, Digihost’s CEO, stated,

“We are thrilled to welcome Paul to the Digihost senior management team. The addition of Paul as CFO and his depth of corporate and capital markets experience will contribute greatly to the company’s plans for growth and to the company as a whole.”

Digihost Technology is a growth-oriented blockchain company focused on Bitcoin mining.

Digihost (DGHI) is down by 12.85 per cent and is currently trading at $1.56 per share as of 1:46 pm ET.
