Dexterra Group (DXT) signed a purchase agreement to acquire Dana Hospitality LP from Fulcrum Capital Partners for $31.5 million.

The transaction is expected to close in early January 2022.

This acquisition expands Dexterra’s footprint to education, entertainment, health care, and leisure activities.

Dexterra has approximately $100 million in annual contracts.

Management anticipates realizing the full value including synergies of the book of business in 2023.
