DelphX Capital Markets (DELX) has closed its previously announced private placement for gross proceeds of $488,000.

The company issued 5,422,221 units at $0.09 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at $0.15 for a period of two years.

The company intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The securities issued are subject to a statutory hold period of four months.
