Datametrex has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Perspectum Drone Inspection Services.

Datametrex AI Limited (DM) has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of Perspectum Drone Inspection Services Ltd. a privately held Alberta-based artificial intelligence drone imaging predictive analytic services company.

The definitive agreement is expected to be signed on or before March 31, 2021.

Once the transaction has closed, Perspectum will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Datametrex. Ty Pfeifer will be appointed President of Perspectum.

“The impact of the acquisition of this AI business cannot be minimized. The demand for imaging predictive analytic reporting continues to be a large area of growth.
