Currie Rose Resources (CUI) has announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to C$2,400,000.

The private placement is made up of 80,000,000 units at C$0.03 per unit.

Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant.

Each full warrant will be exercisable to purchase an additional share of the company at a price of C$0.05 for a period of two years from the closing date of the offering.

$220,000 out of the total proceeds is expected to be paid to non-arm’s length parties. Up to $60,000 will be paid toward investor relations activities. And the balance will be used for exploration, resource confirmation and geological sampling and testing, and for general working capital purposes.

The offering is expected to close on or about September 28, 2022, and is subject to the approval of the TSXV and other customary closing conditions.
