Eat Beyond Global Holdings (EATS) has announced a name change to Eat & Beyond Global Holdings Inc.

Shares of the company will begin trading under the new name and with a new CUSIP number on March 31, 2022.

CUSIP stands for Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures. A CUSIP number identifies most financial instruments, including stocks of all registered Canadian and U.S. companies, commercial paper, and U.S. government and municipal bonds.

However, the symbol of the company will remain the same.

The company explained that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on March 30, 2022.

Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders.

The Eat & Beyond Global Holdings is an investment issuer that identifies and makes equity investments in global companies that are developing and commercializing innovative food tech as well as plant-based and alternative food products.
