Crestview Exploration (CRS) has completed geological mapping at its Rock Creek Project.

The Calgary-based mineral explorer’s project is located in Elko County, Nevada.

The geological mapping program was meant to define gold targets and sampling at the project.

Fieldwork finished on October 12 and marks complete coverage of the property, from south to north.

The field results will be integrated into a final map and report over the coming weeks.

Results from a batch of 14 samples from the 2022 Rock Creek mapping and sampling have been received and include the highest gold value from Crestview’s surface sampling to date at 0.64 grams per tonne of gold.

Crestview is awaiting results for an additional three batches of samples. It is also expecting results for the recently completed CSAMT survey and expects to provide an update on its land position in the coming weeks.

The company operates several projects located in different areas of the mining-friendly jurisdiction of Nevada.

Crestview Exploration is unchanged, trading at $0.10 at 10:16 a.m. ET.
