Feng Lv has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Craftport Cannabis (CFT).

He replaces Michael Cosic as the company’s CEO and will fill the vacancy created from the resignation of Cosic as a director of the company.

Cosic held the CEO position from May 2021 and has been a company director since November 2020. He decided to step back for personal reasons.

Craftport Cannabis appreciates Mr. Cosic’s contributions and wishes him well. Cosic remains the company’s Interim CFO until a replacement has been identified.

Furthermore, Cosic has also resigned as the sole director and President of Potanicals Green Growers Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. In his place, Yuan Gao has been appointed as director of PGG.

Craftport Cannabis is a Canadian cannabis licensed producer operating out of Peachland, British Columbia. The company’s focus is on the Canadian premium craft cannabis recreational market, utilizing an outsourced cultivation model.

Craftport Cannabis Corp was unchanged at $0.03, trading at 13:03 ET.
