Converge Technology Solutions Corp. (CTS) has acquired German-based education supplier company Visucom GmbH and its subsidiary, School Supplies 4.0 GmbH.

This deal marks the twenty-seventh acquisition completed by Converge.

Visucom is a supplier of professional screens, interactive blackboards, loudspeakers, cameras, projectors, displays, and media controls.

It offers on-site installations and training and is known for giving neutral advice, planning, and equipment for manufacturers of media devices.

Converge has already been working with Visucoum in recent years.

This acquisition allows Converge to offer its public sector clients a single-source service, product portfolio, and further support any digitization efforts.

Shaun Maine, CEO of Converge, stated,

“Converge is excited to be kicking off 2022 with another opportunity to continue our global expansion and better serve our clients… Visucom will strengthen our presence in Germany and allow us to grow the Converge name outside of North America.”
