CloudMD Software & Services (DOC) has launched a telemedicine and physical health coaching service along with its Kii Personalized & Connected Care offering.

The company calls Kii its flagship employer health and wellness solution and its new telemedicine medical care program is meant to provide a personalized treatment plan led by healthcare specialists.

“As part of its holistic employer healthcare offering, these services will now be available nationwide through 24/7 digital and telephone options to employees and their family members… and ensures access to important and often simultaneous treatment of physical and mental health issues,” Karen Adams, President and Interim CEO of CloudMD, said.

According to CloudMD, nurses and nurse practitioners on the program are trained to give comprehensive initial medical assessments, psychosocial healthcare support and treatment for most primary and mental healthcare issues.

CloudMD stated its mental health coach program has shown positive results with high usage and satisfaction rates.
