ClearStream Energy Services (CSM) has appointed Barry Card as Chief Executive Officer.

Card joined the ClearStream team back in 2016 and also served as ClearStream’s COO for around four years before he was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer in March 2022.

“ClearStream has great momentum and significant opportunities. Barry brings extensive leadership experience and is well-positioned to progress the company’s strategic objectives and business,” said Sean McMaster, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

“I look forward to delivering on our goals for the benefit of our shareholders, customers and employees,” added Barry Card.

Barry Card has over 20 years of experience providing maintenance and construction services to the energy and industrial markets.

Barry joined ClearStream in 2016 as Vice President, Market Development and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development in 2017 and Chief Commercial Officer in 2018.

In 2021, he took on more responsibility, expanding into environmental and project services. Barry has served as interim Chief Executive Officer since March of this year.

Card holds an Advanced Executive Management Certificate from Queen’s University and an Advanced Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge.

ClearStream provides solutions to the energy and industrial markets, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, Power, Agriculture, Forestry, Infrastructure and Water Treatment.

ClearStream Energy Services (CSM) is down 10 per cent, trading at $0.045 at 3:30 pm ET.
