Clarity Metals Corp. (CMET) received a drilling permit for its Lithium381 property.
The drilling permit specifies the location of 27 drilling pads focusing on a target interpreted from preliminary results produced by a recent IP/resistivity survey which indicates a 1.5 km E-W oriented area of relative high resistivity values.
Located in Québec next to Allkem Ltd.’s (TSX:AKE) James Bay lithium property, the property has not been explored and has 21 mineral claims comprising 11 sq. km.
The James Bay Lithium Project hosts an indicated resource of 40.8 Mt at 1.40 per cent Li2O. Initial results of the mag survey identified a target coincident with the resistivity anomaly identified from the preliminary induced polarization survey. The mag highs correspond to mapped metavolcanic rocks, while the lows correspond to metasedimentary units.

“We are continuing to progress rapidly with the evaluation of this target and are pleased to have received this permit which will enable drill testing on the Lithium381 property,” stated Clarity’s CEO, James Rogers.
Clarity and Genius Metals Inc. (TSX:GENI) are reviewing contractor’s proposals and support logistics to establish timing of a proposed drill program of up to 2,000 metres.
Clarity Metals Corp. (CMET) is a Canadian mineral exploration project generator company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of precious and base metals projects.
