City View (CVGR) has completed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $47,500.

Under the second tranche, the company issued 3,166,667 common shares. Together with the first tranche closing, the company has raised a total of $372,500 in the offering.

No finder’s fees were paid in connection to this offering. All securities issued under the second tranche are subject to a statutory hold period expiring July 21, 2023.

Rob Fia, President, CEO and Director of the company (insider) also participated in the second tranche for $22,500.
