Under the first tranche, the company issued 3,450,000 common shares at $0.10 for $345,000 and 2,168,966 flow-through shares at $0.145 each for total proceeds of $659,500.
As a result of the second closing, Chibougamau issued a total of 5,200,000 common shares in the private placement for $520,000.
The company also managed to raise $834,500 from the private placement of the common shares and flow-through shares.
