Agricultural company Ceres Global Ag Corp (CRP) will release a report, detailing the company’s financial results for 2020’s second quarter.

The company will release the results on Wednesday, February 12th.

The day after the release, Ceres will hold a conference call, so interested parties can discuss financial and operational results. The conference call will take place at 9:00am (Eastern Time) on February 13th.

Ceres’ President and CEO Robert Day and Ceres’ Interim CFO John Haug will co-chair the conference call.

All interested parties who wish to join the conference call (Conference ID: 9016119) can do so by dialing 1-888-231-8191 or 647-427-7450. Interested parties should dial in 15 minutes before the call, in order to secure a line.

After the call finishes, it will be archived for replay. The archive will remain available until midnight (Eastern Time) on Thursday February 27th.

Those wishing to listen to the webcast will need to connect at least 15 minutes prior to the conference call. This is to ensure adequate time for any software downloads needed to join the webcast.

Ceres’s share price remains unchanged, with shares trading at $3.80 apiece.
