Ms. Cuglietta, a senior human resource professional with strong business acumen and proven expertise in performance management and leadership coaching, currently serves as Vice President Human Resources for a top-five Canadian construction company.
Ms. Cuglietta has over 20 years of experience in senior human resources and people leadership positions at several leading regional and national organizations.
Ms. Cuglietta holds an MBA from the University of Alberta and post-graduate Education Certificates in Human Resources and Executive Coaching.
