The NCIB will commence on May 25, 2022, and end on May 24, 2023. The company may purchase 14,500,000 of its Class B non-voting shares. Under its current NCIB, the company has purchased 1,805,888 Class B non-voting shares on the open market at an average purchase price of $57.78 per share.
