CBD Global (CBDN) will be presenting at the 14th annual LD Micro (LDMICRO) Main Event.

This year it will be held virtually and in-person on October 12.

Brad Wyatt, President and CEO of CBD Global, is scheduled to present to analysts and institutional investors.

“This is an exciting opportunity for CBD Global to share with the investors and industry analysts about our company and all the positive news around our exciting business plan.  This will be our second appearance at this event while Sequire continues to expand its reach and investor base, very impressive!  What a great way to get the word out to the investor community,” said Wyatt.

His presentation was recorded prior to the announcement of the purchase of the cGMP manufacturing company, Resinosa LLC. CBD Global now owns 100 per cent of its common and preferred shares.

Every year LD Micro holds several investor conferences including the Main Event, Summit and Invitational.

CBD Global Sciences, Inc., is a hemp-based CBD producer and branding investment vehicle which currently owns two brands, Aethics™ and CANNAOIL.

CBD Global is down 10 per cent trading at $0.32 per share at 11:10 a.m. ET.

LD Micro Inc. began with the sole purpose of being an independent resource to the microcap world. What started as a newsletter highlighting unique companies, has transformed into the leading event platform.

LD Micro is down 10 per cent trading at $0.315 per share at 10:56 a.m. ET.
