CAVU Mining Corp. (CAVU) has changed its name to CAVU Energy Metals Corp.

Common shares of the company will commence trading under its new name of CAVU Energy Metals Corp. on or about May 20th. The company’s trading symbol will remain the same. The CUSIP and ISIN numbers will change to 14964E104 and CA14964E1043 respectively.

No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to the name change.
