Canadian Spirit Resources (SPI) has closed its non-brokered private placement offering for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,050,000.

The company issued 20,000,000 units at a price of $0.0525 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.08 for a period of two years.

All of the units issued under the offering were purchased by Elmag Investments Inc. 

All the securities issued will be subject to a four-month restricted resale period.

The net proceeds will be used for various field activities and initiatives, and for general corporate purposes.
