BC Craft Supply (CRFT) has closed a private placement with Mr. Daniel Petrov for proceeds of C$500,000.

The company has issued 6,095,238 units at $0.084 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant

Each warrant is exercisable to acquire one additional common share for a period of 24 months from closing at $0.126 per share.

Proceeds from the private placement will be used for general working capital.

BC Craft Supply has issued 1,562,000 common shares to Mr. Petrov pursuant to his appointment to the company’s advisory board. The shares will vest over a period of 12 months in accordance with the terms of Mr. Petrov’s advisory board agreement.

All securities issued are subject to a hold period of four months and one day.
