Backstageplay (BP) has completed its private placement for gross proceeds of $500,000.

The company issued 2,564,103 units priced at $0.195 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share at a price of $0.26 for a 24-month period, expiring on December 21, 2023.

All shares and warrants are subject to a four-month hold period, expiring on April 22, 2022.

The proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate working capital.

Backstageplay is an online and mobile entertainment and marketing company, focused on social gaming and retention software and services.

Backstageplay Inc. (BP) opened trading at C$0.215 per share.
