Arbor Metals (ABR) has expanded its Jarnet Lithium Project in James Bay, Quebec.

The acquisition was motivated by Patriot Battery Metals’ recent discovery on its Corvette-FCI Property, where yields have reached up to 156.9 m at 2.12 per cent Li₂O. Jarnet is less than 2 km from Patriot’s ongoing drilling program.

The 23 new claims cover 1,175.3 hectares and a strike length of 8 km of a major northeast structural feature. The land includes multiple pegmatite dykes similar to the Corvette-FCI Property.

Jarnet now comprises 70 claims over 3,759 hectares.

Upcoming exploration will include high‐resolution satellite imagery, as well as magnetic and geophysical surveys, to define key drill targets for a summer exploration program.

“The addition of these new claims to Arbor’s Jarnet Lithium Project will provide additional key targets for the company to explore as it works to define the potential of the region to become the centre of significant lithium production in the future,” stated Mark Ferguson, Arbor’s CEO.

Arbor Metals is a mining exploration company focused on lithium and gold in Africa and North America.

Arbor Metals (ABR) is up by 5.69 per cent, trading at $2.97 per share as of 1:06 pm EST.
