Angold Resources (AAU) has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $205,000.

Under the offering, the company issued 10,250,000 shares at a price of $0.02 per share.

The proceeds will be used for financing existing operations and future geological work on the company’s projects.

No finders’ fees or commissions were paid in connection with the offering.

All securities issued are subject to a statutory four-month hold period.

Angold is an exploration and development company targeting large-scale mineral systems in proven gold districts in Chile, Nevada, Oregon and Ontario.

Angold Resources Ltd. (AAU) is unchanged on the day, trading at C$0.025 per share at 1:45 pm ET.
