AmmPower Corp. (AMMP) has closed its previously announced private placement for gross proceeds of approximately C$3,000,000.

The company issued 7,142,858 units priced at $0.42 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant may be exercised to purchase one share for $0.52 any time before February 16, 2027.

H.C. Wainwright & Co., as the exclusive placement agent for the placement, received a cash commission of $240,000 and 571,429 compensation warrants.

Net proceeds will be used to fund research and product development activities and for general working capital purposes.
