American Creek Resources Ltd. (AMK) spinout company, Stinger Resources Inc. is now trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol STNG.
American Creek also announced that it has granted 6,300,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and contractors. The options were granted at a deemed price of $0.32 and are exercisable until March 4, 2031. The incentive options are subject to a hold period of four months and a day from issuance.
Stinger Resources holds interests in gold and silver properties in British Columbia, including the 100% owned past producing Dunwell Mine which is located near Stewart in BC’s “Golden Triangle”.
American Creek Resources Ltd is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral resource properties.
