Agra’s (AGRA) joint venture company, Boundary Bay Cannabis, has received about $910,000 worth of purchase orders since August 31, 2022.

The purchase orders were received from multiple parties and represent a total of over 725,000 grams of processed cannabis product.

BBC’s strategy is to continue growing and selling the bulk of its cannabis on a wholesale basis to other licensed producers across Canada. BBC operates from its greenhouse complex in Delta, BC., which provides BBC with a competitive edge in the Canadian cannabis industry.

Nick Kuzyk, Interim CEO of AGRA Ventures, commented on the announcement.

Together, these orders represent a significant milestone in both their total cannabis volume and aggregate dollar amount. Agra focuses on the cultivation, distribution and marketing of high-quality cannabis and cannabis-infused products worldwide. Its primary asset in Canada is its 70 per cent ownership of Boundary Bay Cannabis.

Boundary Bay utilizes part of a large greenhouse complex in order to focus on the cost-optimized cultivation of high-potency cannabis.

Agra Ventures Ltd. (AGRA) is up 50.00 per cent, trading at C$0.015 per share at 2:01 pm ET.
