BBC’s strategy is to continue growing and selling the bulk of its cannabis on a wholesale basis to other licensed producers across Canada. BBC operates from its greenhouse complex in Delta, BC., which provides BBC with a competitive edge in the Canadian cannabis industry.

Nick Kuzyk, Interim CEO of AGRA Ventures, commented on the announcement.

“I’d like to thank the staff and BBC’s sales agent for growing great cannabis and securing these purchase orders. Together, these orders represent a significant milestone in both their total cannabis volume and aggregate dollar amount. As the Joint Venture’s sole director, I would also like to sincerely thank BBC’s clients for their business at this important time.”

Agra focuses on the cultivation, distribution and marketing of high-quality cannabis and cannabis-infused products worldwide. Its primary asset in Canada is its 70 per cent ownership of Boundary Bay Cannabis.

Boundary Bay utilizes part of a large greenhouse complex in order to focus on the cost-optimized cultivation of high-potency cannabis.
