AGF Management Limited (AGF.B) is renewing its normal course issuer bid of Class B non-voting shares.

Between February 8, 2023, and February 7, 2024, AGF is permitted to purchase up to 4,397,923 Class B non-voting shares, representing approximately 10 per cent of the company’s public float.

Daily purchases under the bid are limited to 31,805 Class B non-voting shares.

Under the Articles of AGF, the Class B non-voting shares may not be purchased by AGF for a price exceeding 15 per cent of the weighted average price at which the shares traded on the TSX during the ten previous trading days.

AGF will be entering into an automatic purchase plan with a broker during the normal course issuer bid. 

Class B Non-Voting Shares purchased under the NCIB will be cancelled or purchased and held by the AGF Employee Benefit Trust for the settlement of equity-settled incentive plans by AGF.

Under its current normal course issuer bid, which expires on February 7, 2023, AGF acquired
2,460,123 Class B non-voting shares at an average price of $6.87.
