Acreage will report its fourth-quarter and full-year 2020 financial results for the period ending December 31, 2020, after market close on March 9.

Management will host a conference call on March 10 at 8:30, am EST to discuss the results in detail.

On June 27, 2019, Acreage implemented an arrangement under section 288 of the Business Corporations ‎Act (British Columbia) with Canopy Growth Corporation, which was subsequently amended on September 23, 2020.

Canopy Growth holds an option, exercisable at Canopy Growth’s discretion, to acquire all of the ‎issued and outstanding Class D subordinate voting shares when Canopy Growth acquires the fixed shares for ‎cash or Canopy Growth shares.
