Jourdan Resources (JOR) has closed a C$200,000 non-brokered private placement from Aberdeen International (AAB).

Aberdeen acquired 4,000,000 Jourdan units at a price of $0.05 per unit.

Each unit is comprised of one Jourdan common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.

Each warrant is exercisable for one common share priced at $0.07 for a period of 24 months.

Aberdeen now holds 17,333,333 Jourdan common shares and 7,000,000 warrants, representing 12 per cent of the company and 16.07 per cent on a partially diluted basis.
