1844 Resources (EFF) has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement.

The company issued 2.5 million shares at a price of $0.05 per share for gross proceeds of $125,000. The company didn’t pay any finders’ fees.

1844 Resources raised total proceeds of $500,000 from a total of 10,000,000 shares issued under the offering. Management and insiders acquired 8% of the total offering.

The net proceeds will be used for exploration expenditures and for general working capital.

1844 Resources Inc is an exploration and development company focused on unexplored regions Gaspe and Chibougamau Quebec. The project portfolio includes Davidson Project, The Native Copper project, Vortex, and Lac Arsenault.

1844 Resources Inc. opened trading at C$0.065 per share.
