1844 Resources (EFF) intends to complete a non-brokered private placement for proceeds of up to $375,000.

The offering will consist of 7,500,000 shares priced at $0.05 per share. 

The company will pay a finder’s fee consisting of an 8 per cent cash payment and non-transferable share purchase warrants. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.05 per share for a period of 12 months from closing.

The securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period following the date of the closing.
